We offer managed and unmanaged tenancies.
In both instances, we market the property, conduct viewings, screen applicants, draw up lease agreements, collect deposit & first month’s rental and manage the ingoing /outgoing inspections.
Our managed lease differs in that landlords benefit from the addition of Citi Homes managing the ongoing rent collection and payments, property maintenance and any evictions process.
