ADMINISTRATION: |
If there are any maintenance related faults such as burst geysers, escape of water or other insurable event, we are the first party that this must be reported to so we may assist with repair and insurance claims. |

NEW TENANTS & OWNERS:
Please contact us in the case of new tenants or transfer of ownership so we may inform residents of the rules of their scheme and the relevant AGM notices, Levy statements and common property maintenance reporting procedure and insurance documents for claims.
