We are here to help. From maintenance issues and budget queries to Sectional Title Act observance and beyond. 

We have dedicated team members with Angela handling your account queries and Candice for all maintenance related issues. For expert advice, Gillian and Ashleigh will guide you through even the most complicated Sectional Title matters:

EMERGENCIES:
 
If there are any health & safety or criminal emergencies, please contact the relevant local authorities first to avoid delays. We cannot assist with these issues before the local authorities are involved. 
 
If there are any maintenance related faults such as burst geysers, escape of water or other insurable event, we are the first party that this must be reported to so we may assist with repair and insurance claims.

Weekends & bank holidays closed

Outside of working hours, if there is an emergency described above please send emails to either Ashleigh or Gill with URGENT in the subject line: ashleigh@citihomes.co.za & gill@citihomes.co.za

During festive season closure, we will update you with relevant procedures via our website 'Journal' section. 

NEW TENANTS & OWNERS: 

Please contact us in the case of new tenants or transfer of ownership so we may inform residents of the rules of their scheme and the relevant AGM notices, Levy statements and common property maintenance reporting procedure and insurance documents for claims.
