ADMINISTRATION: we maintain records for our clients, prepare monthly: levy statements, management accounts, and meeting packs for AGMs.  We attend meetings and take minutes, regularly corresponding with all stakeholders in our schemes. We also attend to fines and penalties.

FINANCIAL: Trust accounts are opened and managed on behalf of our clients. We effectively collect monthly levies and attend to the payment of creditors, invoices, accounts, salaries, rates and taxes. We prepare monthly management accounts and assist with annual audits and budgets, as well as preparation of 10-year maintenance plans and budgets.

INSURANCE: we assist with every aspect of the insurance from compliance, claims and record keeping. As we manage a large portfolio, have can negotiate insurance deals for our clients.

FACILITIES MANAGEMENT: we see to the repairs and maintenance of the common property, obtaining quotes and appointing contractors, keeping record of all maintenance issues.
