Services :

  * Initial report on viewing of the property with suggested market rental attainable.
  * Marketing and showing of the property to find a suitable tenant.
  * Confirming the tenant's suitability by obtaining financial and work references
  * Drawing up of Lease Document and ensuring correct signing and administration thereof.
  * Collection of deposit and first month's rental.
  * Direct payment into Lessor's bank a/c by computerised banking on or before 14th of the first month (this gives us time to receive the rental, deposit and clear cheques).
  * Holding of tenants deposit in our Trust account.

Commissions Payable for Initial Placement of Tenant :

Commission is charged at a rate of 8% + VAT of the Lease value e.g : 12 month Lease at R4,000.00 per month = R48,000.00 x 8% = R3,840.00 plus VAT

Please note that our MINIMUM commission rate is 50% + VAT of one month's rental.

Commissions Payable on Lease Extensions :

Should the tenant extend their Lease Agreement for any period whatsoever, commission will be charged at 8% plus VAT for the first year’s rental and 6% plus VAT thereafter.
