CiTi Homes was formed in 1980 by its Principal, Gillian Ward. Her success led to the purchase of new premises in 1987 in Kloof Street, Gardens - an attractive Victorian Cottage in which this vibrant agency can be found.

With 30 years experience concentrating on Cape Town near City sales, buying or leasing a property is made easy by dealing with true experts.

We are also a member of Team International with 900 offices throughout Europe and South Africa.

Apart from sales and rentals, CiTi Homes manages apartment blocks on behalf of it's owners. This Sectional Title Division has been in operation for over 10 years.
